Fellow Vascular Interventions

1. Coronary Angiography
• Adequate Experience via both Femoral and Radial Route. (Performed around 5000 angiographies through radial route and around 2000 angiograms through female route.)
• Imparted training and mentored 12 DM Cardiology students during their Residency.
• Supervised and taught the basic nuances in Coronary Angiography technique to the DM Cardiology Residents.
2. Coronary Angioplasty ( PTCA )
• Adequate Experience via both Femoral and Radial Route. (Performed around 300 PTCA through radial route and 200 PTCA through femoral route)
• Mastered PAMI's (Primary Angioplasty in MI) and Rescue Angioplasties.
• Adequate experience in Chronic total Occlusions, Left Main and Bifurcation Stenting.
• Mastered the various Thrombus Extraction Devices and Pharmacotherapy during PTCA.
3. Peripheral Vascular Interventions including PTRA, Carotid stenting.
4. Cardiac Catherisation in Congenital Heart Diseases
• 100 Cardiac Catherisation (Independently) with experience in MAPCAs coil ligation, Ballon Occulsion and Oximetry.
• Adequate experience in ASD, VSD and PDA device closure.
5. Interventions in Valvular Heart Diseases
• Ballon Mitral, Pulmonary and Aortic Valvotomies including BMV's in pregnant females and emergency BMV in patients with Pulmonary Edema.
6. Permanent Pacemakers
• Expertise in Single Chamber and Dual Chamber PPMs
• Assisted cases of CRT(Cardiac Resynchronisation Therapy), ICD(Implantable cardioverter Defibrillation) and EPStudy and radiofrequency ablation.
